<p><strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">OK, OK, I'm not best known for being in peak physical condition and the altitude will kill me - but sometimes you just have to step up and lead by example.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #99cc00;"><strong>On the 10th of May 2012 I shall be walking the Inca Trail in Peru to raise money for my beloved Mencap.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #00ccff;">It's not too late to join me people! But any donation you can make however small would be most welcome.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">I'm not asking you to pay for a holiday - quit the contrary as I will be making my own contribution to pay for the costs of the trip myself. Every penny that is donated will be going to help children, young peope and adults with a learning disability to have the life they deserve, made with their own choices, in a way that they can understand and choose for themselves.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #cc99ff;">We take so much for granted and people with a learning disability should have the rights, the freedom and the knowledge to do exactly the same.</span></strong></p>
