This summer, like never before, we are called to be signs of hope for our world. Your action for hope can mean fewer families have to ask: how do I keep my child safe if we dont have water for hand-washing?

Story

In keeping with our ethos of mercy, staff in Maricourt Catholic High School will take part in a walk/run in aid of CAFOD's summer appeal 'Summer of Hope'. It will take place over the weekend of the 11th/12th July. 

For the last number of months, we have all been focused on our families, our communities, our cities and our country. And rightly so. But now is the time to look at the bigger picture...our world. 

It is a travesty that some people in our world will ask: "How do I keep my child safe if we don't even have water to wash our hands?"

So we are putting our faith into action as we want to see people in the poorest communities of the world have a chance...a chance to live.
