Event: Stride with SADS UK to STOP SADS, on 8 May 2022
Heart disease and Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) can occur in apparently healthy people, even children. Stride with SADS UK in London to raise awareness and funds to STOP SADS on 8th May 2022. Dame Helen Mirren & Dr Hilary Jones support SADS UK

Story

Heart disease and Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) can occur in apparently healthy people, even children. SADS UK installs defibrillators in schools and communities, urging Government to legislate to make defibrillators available in all schools. Defibrillators should be widely available in the community. Experts in SADS and Sudden Cardiac Arrest endorse the SADS UK Warning Signs that are widely distributed in the community by the charity and our supporters. SADS UK funds ongoing research to identify people at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. Dame Helen Mirren and Dr Hilary Jones support SADS UKs campaign which is gathering momentum. Thank you for your support to Stride with SADS UK around the Serpentine in Londons Hyde Park. Together with family, friends, MPs and other passionate advocates aiming to STOP SADS
