If you know me well, you will know how much I hate running! However this year, FitzRoy is celebrating a very special birthday, so I wanted to do something really challenging.

Every day for the last 50 years, FitzRoy has been working with people with learning disabilities, and supports them to do the things the rest of us take for granted.

So, on the 28th October I'm running 10 miles in the Great South Run for FitzRoy.
