As you all know, we recently lost our beautiful Mum to cancer. No words will ever fully express how grateful we are to all the wonderful staff at St. Margaret`s Hospice, lead by Professor John Welsh. Their dedication, care, support and understanding were second to none! Mum said a number of times that each member of staff had a special quality, each one different, but special.

The team at the hospice are organising a fund raising cycling trip around Cumbrae, this is a stunning wee island situated in the heart of the Scottish riviera. Charlie Chopper Dawson and I will be leading out a hardened peloton consisting of Liam, Emma, Aidan, Michelle, Rebecca and anyone else that feels fit enough to take on the arduous coastal route feared by many tour de france veterans.... (ok, its only 10 miles and its flat, but hey its a lot for us....)
