This winter I plan to travel to Lebanon with the Human Appeal REACH team to personally distribute humanitarian aid to those in need. With the help of your donations, we can unitedly support our Syrian, Palestinian and Lebanese brothers and sisters who are in desperate need of food and winter aid. In the refugee camps across Lebanon, the wet and cold winter conditions makes life even harder for the millions of families living there. On top of that, they also get snow which can collapse tent structures in the camps and lead to sever illnesses and death for those who do not have access to warmth and food, especially young children and the elderly.

Every winter, lives are lost due to the horrific sub-zero temperatures and all the difference could have been made by simply a blanket, warm piece of clothing and most importantly the love of someone’s support. 

£20 Winter Emergency Kit - Provide a vulnerable family in Lebanon with warm winter blankets and 20 litres of heating oil to help keep them warm for a month.

£45 Winter Family Emergency Kit - Protect a Syrian family with warm blankets, mattresses, and waterproof sheets to last throughout winter or 150kg of fuel to keep a family warm through winter.

£70 Winter Family Emergency Kit - Provide a family in Lebanon with warm clothing to protect them against the bitter weather.

£105 Winter Family Emergency Kit - Help a Palestinian family to survive winter with warm clothing or x2 warm blankets and a 5kg cylinder that can provide warmth through winter.
