Mariam's TWO Entire Village Water Project

Our sister Mariam Mahmoud has been fighting cancer for almost a year now (stage 4). We have decided to do this massive charity project in her name and need your support to complete it, inshallah.

Firstly, we urge you to make a lengthy dua especially in these blessed days and nights.

Secondly, we ask you to make a generous donation and to please share this with your contacts.

We committed to raise £35,000 to completely transform an ENTIRE VILLAGE in Tharpakar, a desert region which has very little water resources. And by the grace of Allah we raised that in two nights. So that's why we have decided to continue collecting money in Mariam's name for the same project to be completed in another deprived village. So now the target is £70,000. With your help we can do this by the will of Allah. 

The funds will help to provide a solar powered water well, livestock for widows, toilets, bathing facilities, seeds, tools and training for farmers, and lighting for the entire village.

This project is Zakat eligible too.

Pakistan could run dry by 2025. Last year, Pakistan experienced the latest in a series of brutal, cyclical droughts. 21 million people don’t have access to clean water and experts predict that 2020 could be worse.

May Allah accept this as a Sadaqah Jaariah (ongoing charity) and that those that drink from the well will see Mariam's name on it and make dua for her. May Allah ease Mariam's pain, grant her a full recovery and bless her with a long healthy life.

This is our collective opportunity to leave behind a legacy which will continue to benefit our hereafter, inshallah.
