I am taking part in a 217 mile cycle from our office in West London to the office in Irlam, Manchester, starting on the 16th September.  Ambitious about autism is an amazing charity, and with having a brother that unfortunately suffers from autism, it's one that really touches home.  Please please dig deep, some of you maybe laughing at the thought of me participating, but I can assure you I will be trying my upmost to be cycling next to the support van, and not be in the passenger seat!
