In June 2023 I will be taking part in the Big Battlefield Bike ride.  We'll cycle about 380 miles over five days from Ètretat through Northern France visiting some of the most significant battle sites from both World Wars before following in the footsteps of the British Expeditionary Force to Dunkirk where more than 338,000 troops were evacuated in Operation Dynamo in June 1940.

Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds.  Fundraising helps them recover and regain their lives - Help for Heroes have so far supported more than 25,000 people.
