I was due to Run the London Marathon last year for Age UK however last December I broke my ankle so I am going to try again and stay safe this winter whilst training and make sure I get myself to the start line in April of next year,

Rainbows is an amazing charity that helps  children and young adults with life limiting illness. They also support their families and make this difficult time as special and memorable as possible,  This costs money and the Hospice relies on donations and fundraising to survive but without places like Rainbows these children and young adults and their families would find this difficult time very hard indeed, so any donations you can give are greatly appreciated and it helps to put a smile on a little face.  Please dig deep for this wonderful charity of Rainbows xxxxxx
