My lovely mum was diagnosed with terminal bile duct cancer just before Christmas 2017. Also known as cholangiocarcinoma, little is known about the disease and symptoms often only show up when it's already advanced and inoperable. As was the case with mum, who was busy, happy and doing Pilates the week she was rushed into A&E with jaundice and pain. Bile duct cancer is on the rise, yet nobody knows why. 

AMMF is the only charity in the UK to raise funds and awareness for this awful disease, so my husband Dan is running this year's London marathon to raise money for them. This way more people will know about and talk about bile duct cancer, which will hopefully lead to more funding into research and more awareness. Which will mean fewer families going through what we're currently going through. Any donation - or share - will be so gratefully received. Thank you for reading.
