As many of you may know I have now had 3 very healthy and happy children.  I was well supported by many wonderful professionals through out my prenancies and thankfully all my births have gone smoothly.

I would like to do something to show how grateful I am for the wonderful experiences I've had. I am competing in the Bradford-on-Avon Sprint Triathlon on the 22nd of May.  It is a personal challenge and I am doing it for the charity Maternity Worldwide who help to promote all aspects fo maternity to those not as fortunate as us.
