Gift of Life's sister charity, Podari Zhizn celebrates its 14th anniversary on November, 26th 2020. To mark the occasion, I've joined their campaign to raise funds for vital medicine for Russian children and young adults with cancer and other serious diseases. Together we can create a medicine fund for Gift of Life's patients. This invaluable monetary reserve allows the charity to react quickly as the need arises. Of course no one gets sick on schedule, and with sufficient funds in the charity's account the team can move quickly to cover an individual child's pharmaceutical needs and help save someone's life! In the United States and Europe over 90% of children with cancer survive. In Russia fewer than 70% do.
