As most of you know we all work together for Rant & Rave (hence the page title!)
We've chosen to raise money for The Stroke Association as each one of us has a loved one who has been affected by Stroke. In fact every year over 150,000 people have a stroke and it is the third largest cause of death, after heart disease and cancer so we know you'll agree it's a very worthy cause.
We're all terrified at the thought of throwing ourselves out of a plane but we've chosen a Sky Dive because we wanted to do something a little different and really challenge ourselves, so please dig deep!
