Team MS Trust take on this iconic 10k run on the streets of London. Every stride they take, every penny they raise will go towards supporting people with MS today. I started running last year, did coach to 5 k and Helena convinced me I could do and should do it for the MS Trust! It’s one of her favourite races and she is a very inspirational runner, who did a marathon last year!  Then Covid hit and the race was cancelled. I forgot about it and I’ve not run regularly for quite some time. I almost fell off my chair when I received an email that the race was back on! I’ve got 3 months and I’m determined to do my very best and raise money for this very worthy cause! Please support me any donations are very gratefully received!
