This August I will be taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge, which involves hiking up the three highest peaks in Scotland, England & Wales, in under 24 hours!

First stop: Ben Nevis, tallest mountain in Scotland and in the British Isles, is 4,409 ft above sea level and should take around 4 hours to ascend.

Second stop: Scafell Pike, the tallest mountain in England, is situated in the very picturesque Lake District.  It is 3,209 ft high.

Third stop: Snowdon.  Tallest mountain in Wales at 3,560 ft above sea level.  

I am hoping to raise as much as possible for my chosen charity, Diabetes UK, as I have three close family members who died of the disease and my dad is also living with this disease.   Your donation would help a great deal as this national charity is dedicated to helping people to live with the condition as well as funding research.
