My friends, Ellie and Sam, are parents of Mikaere (Kai), who was born with Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH), a rare metabolic disorder with no cure and limited treatment options. 

I'm running the London Marathon on 22 April 2018 and using the opportunity to raise funds for Joseph's Goal, the UK's only NKH charity.
