Story

Help to beat pancreatic cancer.

Thank you for visiting my Shine fundraising page in support of pancreatic cancer research. For those of you that may not know, my husbands father Dennis Peach as seen in the picture died suddenly in April 2012 from Pancreatic Cancer.

Around 21 people hear they have pancreatic cancer every day. Sadly, survival rates have only increased slightly since the 1970s – often because the disease is diagnosed late.

Cancer Research UK is funded entirely by amazing supporters like you. By sponsoring me you can help more people survive pancreatic cancer.

In memory of my father in law I will be doing the Shine walking night time Marathon on Saturday 29th September to raise money for life saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating Pancreatic Cancer. All Donations are much appreciated, however big or small. Please sponsor me on line it's quick and easy.

Gift Aid it!

If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support.

Together we will beat cancer.
