Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Although no one in my family has diabetes (to my knowledge) I do have close friends who live with this condition. I was surprised to learn that 1 in 10 people over the age of 40 has diabetes. This is reversible in about two thirds of cases usually by weight loss. More research is needed, so I'm swimming 'The English Channel' to help raise funding.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
