Growing Well is a mental health charity based at Sizergh Castle Organic farm!  helping volunteers to get back to work through working the land !  it has been so amazing and just been allocated a new site at Tebay, so hence helping more people dealing with mental health issues, which, as we know, is ever prevalent in the times we are living in!!
