IWA is an international development charity No 1170126 registered in the United Kingdom and Uganda. We are fundraising to provide mobile community health outreach clinic services and to build a specialist referral hospital to improve the health status of our communities in Teso sub region, Eastern Uganda.

We are currently fundraising money through Teso Hunger Appeal as an emergency to alleviate draught which has caught the whole of Teso.  People are dying due to lack of food and any little will help towards the purchase of food stuffs e.g Maize meal, Beans etc.
