In 8 weeks I will be running the Dublin Marathon. As some of you know, my Dad has been battling stage 4 cancer for the last number of years. Therefore, cancer has been a massive part of my family’s life recently and I see first hand the toll it takes on the patient and all friends and family too. The Irish Cancer Society help support families such as mine who have been affected by cancer and on October 30 I will be running the Dublin City Marathon.
