For those who do not know I am currently working for the charity Mind- For Better Mental Health - Sevenoaks, Edenbridge & Tonbridge. We are one of over 180 local Mind associations (LMAs) which are affiliated to the national charity Mind.

Our mission is to work with and on behalf of people with mental health needs, ensuring their fair and equal treatment, and to promote better mental health and reduce the stigma for all.
