Story

My story
Starting from Cardiff we will cycle some 50 miles (80Km) north up the Taff trail. This uphill cycle will be difficult, and will require significant training before hand.   Our destination is at the base of Pen y Fan and Corn Du, a pair of Mountains that sit in the middle of the Brecon Beacons National Park.  Here we will set up Camp for the evening, and build our strength back up for the next day.

Early on we will set out and walk approximately 5 miles reaching the summit of both mountains in a round trip.  The route we have chosen is to be challenging, particularly after the previous days cycling.  Once this 5 hour mountain trek is completed we will cycle South back to Cardiff.  Of course this will be largely downhill so should be easy...
