Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Now, time for the disclaimer. I am doing this for myself. It is a personal challenge to ride such a ridiculous distance that is on the cusp between deciding whether to drive or fly! It certainly shouldn't be a distance to consider human-power for.
I don't expect, or need, you to donate to my chosen charity, but if you are inspired by my exploits (or just want to see photos of me suffering) then the British Heart Foundation could do with any financial support you can offer. To be fair, if an accident or cancer doesn't kill you, then it'll probably be your heart packing up. I've previously raised money for Cancer charities, so thought I'd try to even it up.
The Castle-to-Coast-to-Castle (or C2C2C) ride is 100 miles from Lincoln to Chapel St Leonards, and back. The event supports a number of charities (MS Society, St Barnabas & Cyclists Fighting Cancer - details from c2c2c.co.uk) and I have donated to these as part of my entry into the event. Feel free to support these directly if you prefer, links can be found on the c2c2c.co.uk website.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
