Marcus and Byron are taking part in this year's December Daily Dash to fundraise for Sue Ryder! This year we're adding an 'Extra Suffering Challenge' (ESC), where for every £100 raised, Marcus will run a 10k the next day and Byron will do some other additional exercise (old boy has dodgy joints). Then if we raise £500(!!) there will be an extra sufferage on 31st!
