those of you who know me, know i am not one for physical activity. however i have decided i need to give something back to the hospital and special care baby unit (SCBU)/neonatal team who helped my daughter Kennedy when she was born 7 weeks prem. the doctors and particularly the nursing staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received the best possible care, and the support they gave my wife and i during this worrying time was outstanding therefore i would like to raise as much as i can for this amazing unit, as i can not thank them enough. by doing 10k runs and eventually building up to the london marathon i hope to raise enough to show them my appreciation.
