In May 2023, Josh and Sophie will be walking 100km continuously along the Jurassic Coast in aid of Dementia UK. That's 2200m of uphill walking, never mind the downhill, and around 24hrs non-stop - or more if we stick to Sophie's pace instead of Josh's... It will certainly be a challenge but one well worth undertaking if we can contribute to reducing the impact of dementia on families. We've both seen first-hand the effects of dementia on our relatives - both the person who is diagnosed and those who support them.
