Story
The impacts of climate change are heavily felt on Essex's stunning 350 mile long coastline. Its internationally important saltmarsh habitats are retreating at 100 hectares per year. But their natural walls protect our coastal communities from storm surges - and saltmarsh stores carbon at an even faster rate than woodlands.
Nature needs our help. Together we can protect the future. I'm doing the Essex Coastal Challenge: join me by donating to Essex Wildlife Trust and do something amazing for our wildlife.
