My Dad is my absolute hero in life and helped me get through my Mental Health situation in 2020/1. If it wasn't for him helping me through my struggles, I would be dead today. He has recently been diagnosed with cancer again, after beating prostate cancer before but he treats it like it is a cold, and that is awe inspriring.

This man taught me how to cook, how to be ready for life and more importantly, how to be a good man. 

In 2022, I am taking part in 22 challenges in his honour and to thank Macmillan for being amazing with their help with my parents through this difficuilt time.

The challenges include, 10ks, Ultra Marathons, Marathons, Sportives and going to Evereset Base Camp, including climbing the 2 peaks behind Everest too.
