As most are aware i lost my beautiful daughter aged just 16 to Wolfe Parkinson White Syndrome . And a prolapsed Mitral Heart Valve. Jade underwent heart surgery in 2015. I am trying to raise money so that research can be carried out on childrens heart disorders and so funds raised can buy the crucial machinery needed to help save a young life. Xx
