Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most you know, I'm not exactly a natural athlete so part of this is about getting fitter and growing older (dis)gracefully. I haven't even attempted to do any running since school and I was pretty reluctant then, partly owing to the lack of supportive underwear.

Now, thanks to Bravissimo, I'm giving it another go with a lot of mud and obstacles thrown in. So this event is about the journey to  be able to take part as well as, hopefully, complete the Spartan Race
