Hello all…

Lots of us have children & we know from time to time they get poorly. Thankfully, it’s often not serious - but sometimes it is for some families. 

The pandemic stopped the financial support for this great charity & we want to support them again, but they also need wider support to raise funds for them to help them with their every day work.

With that in mind we have all decided to take part in the London to Paris bike ride to raise some money for Action Medical Research. This years team will be Adam Guy, Brian Hickie, Rick Dinnage & myself - Malcolm Sheils. This will be a massive challenge for us, but we are going to try to enjoy it and hopefully ride knowing we have hit our target and raised a good amount of cash for a worthy cause.

The ride will be 300+ miles cycling in total, setting off from London 19th July and into Paris 22nd July 2023

Please give whatever you can comfortably,  our training plan is underway & we are hoping to exceed the goal

Simply put, these donations are changing lives for little very poorly kids...
