The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a 25% increase in the prevalence of anxiety and depression worldwide. Mammoth is an agency designed around making positive contributions to our community and the world around us. And we want to step up. Literally.

That’s why we have put together 4 relay teams who are taking on the Belfast Marathon to raise funds for MindWise, a leading mental health charity in Northern Ireland.

As well as raising awareness, challenging stigma and campaigning for change, MindWise deliver over 30 key mental health services. Their work is vital, now more than ever.
