Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I'm raising money for Anxiety UK as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. I have suffered with often debilitating anxiety over a number of years and I know how difficult it is to access support services if you're struggling. We're living in increasingly anxious times and I want to do my small bit to help.
Every day from 18th May 2020 (the start of Mental Health Awareness Week) until 18th June 2020, I'm committing to 30 minutes of movement. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm massively lazy so this is a real commitment (and don't worry, I'm not counting lifting the TV remote as 'movement'.)
I have set the target at £250 but if it looks like that will be exceeded (which would be incredible), I will increase it.
