I am running the  Perkins Great Eastern Run to help raise money for NSPCC. Every single day, thousands of children experience terrible abuse and suffer in silence. But with your help, we can put a stop to this. By making a donation today you can help NSPCC to be there for more abused children. This is a charity close to my heart.

I had a pretty rough start in life and it would of been great if it's been someone there to help. I was lucky and was placed in a great foster family on a farm at the age of 7. So many children are not so lucky. Please help me raise money for this great Charity.

£25 could cover the cost of a trained practitioner to deliver one hour of support through the NSPCC Helpline.

£10 could pay for at least two children to speak to ChildLine counsellors.
