ORDINARY PEOPLE DOING EXTRAORDINARY THINGS

UPDATE 6TH APRIL 2008

I have now run the 20 miler! wow that was a long way! but it gives me more of a idea of what the long distances are like. We have also just returned from a skiing holiday in Italy and I managed a short run at altitude, that was hard!!!!

AS YOU KNOW THE MARATHON IS ON SUNDAY!!!!!!!
