Through his athletics work, Mike inspired many young people during
his lifetime.  Sadly Mike passed away in December 2016 at the Marie Curie facility in Solihull. This walk will raise funds for ‘Nursing Hours’  (£20 provides for 1 hour of nursing care) to help Marie Curie West Midlands continue to provide the much needed service to those who seek it.   

The walk will take place on Saturday 22^nd April 2017 starting at the
location of Mike’s childhood home in Stirchley Birmingham and will finish at the Norman Green Athletics centre in Solihull.
