I am running the Bupa Great North Run, an uphill 13 mile marathan, on Sunday 7th September. I am also doing a 70 mile bike ride from the most northern part of Derbyshire to the most Southern part of Derbyshire on Sunday 6th July for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

A charity close to our families heart, having lost a friend in December 2013 and supporting to 2 other close friends whos Mums countiue to suffer with this condition.
