As a member of the board for Milton Keynes' bid to be a host city for the World Cup 2018 I thought it my responsibility to get out there and do my bit, so with my fellow MK Dons Director Mark Turner we are joining in with the fun of the 'Milton Keynes Open for the World 5K race and funrun' which will hopefully not only get us a bit fitter, but raise some money which will benefit football development in Milton Keynes as part of the bid for the World Cup 2018.

 

This also represents the opportunity for all those who have wanted to inflict some pain on me over the years to do so hence the title of the page 'Make John Ache', and with a £1000 target there is going to be a lot of pain!
