As of 19 August, I have gotten around to blogging about the last chapter I'm up to, Chapter 6. When the total has reached £131, I'll be committed finishing Chapter 7 and blogging about it. To see my progress, and what I think of the story so far, follow the blog.

What I'm Doing

It's been a while since I read a novel, not since school in fact - I prefer non-fiction books about science and computing.

For ever £1 you donate, I will read 1 page of 'Twilight' - a vampire-themed young-adult fantasy romance novel by American author Stephanie Meyer. If I meet the goal of £434 I'll read the entire book (as there are 434 pages).

My chosen charity is Room to Read, which focuses on literacy and gender equality; helping girls in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Laos, Nepal, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Vietnam, and Zambia to complete their education. Check out the description and link to the right.
