Story
I was a happy crazy 8 year old who had lots of friends, loved school and had so many hobbies like swimming, horse riding and dancing. Then one day in October 2011 my life changed I went out for the day and came home feeling very unwell . That was the day ME cruelly crashed my world. I had to give up my hobbies reduce school hours and I lost a lot of my friends. Worst part was I lost the fun in my life, I was in so much pain so tired fun and crazy seemed a distant memory and not part of my life any more .
4 years on ME has still not got the hint its not welcome!! So following on from my success of last years walk for ME I shall be joining the Walk for ME 2016 team and this year put the FuN and CrAzY back into my life.
This year in May I shall walk with different animals and may be some crazy animals ( my mum has drawn the line at me taking my pet chicken vanilla for a walk!!!) BUT watch this space there will be some fun animal walks taking part. My lovely Yorkshire terrier Trixie has agreed to join me and may be you might see a old friend William (My pony) make a welcome return to this years team .
Last year I was supported by the Harry Potter Death eater Jon Campling and you lovely people got me to being in the top 3% of fundraisers on JG for 2015 . I cant thank you all enough for that it meant so much to me and not only raised a fantastic amount of money but raised lots of awarness.
Last year for every donation made I sent out a FB profile personlised ME teddy picture that you all set for your profiles for ME awareness week (May 11th-17th) this year I shall send you lovely people a personlised zebra profile picture that I have painted.
