On Sunday 7th April 2024, I will be running my first Half Marathon along side a couple of friends, Ollie & Miles for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). 

I will be raising money in memory of Matthew Cragg, the brother of one of my best friend's, who sadly passed away in 2014 to a very sudden and unexplained heart attack. 

CRY is also very close to my heart as my Grandfather was the first chairman of the charity.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.
