Everyone has been affected by Cancer. 😢

For me….I lost my big sister Joan many years ago in a very cruel way.

My mum is a Cancer survivor. 💪🏻🤞

Recently there has just been too many friends and colleagues diagnosed so time to do something to help!

1st.  I'm running the Belfast Relay with Andrew Ingredients' "WEE BUNS" team!

2nd  I’m going to do something I’ve never done before and run a MARATON! 😳😱
