We provide expert care and support to young people with cancer

Story

I'm Maia, I'm 16 and I am going to be walking the Pennine Way in 14 days hike that  will take me, my dad and my dog from Edale, in Derbyshire to Kirk Yetholm on the border of Scotland. I will be hiking this distance across mountains and valleys in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. I will be doing it in the memory of my grandmother, Maureen, who died of lung cancer in 2010, and was strong and has been a real inspiration to me. She has kept me determined throughout several walks that I have undertaken in recent years. I have decided to support the Teenage Cancer Trust because I want to support the teenagers that are affected by cancer and perhaps do not have the same opportunities that I have.

Please donate as much or as little as you can because every penny makes a difference to the lives of teenagers living with cancer.

Thank you,

Maia.
