Dear Friends,

I'm running a half marathon (Run to the Beat starts at the o2) on the 25th September in aid of Macmillan cancer support. What keeps me going when I'm out running is thinking of my Dad. Dad had a lovely Macmillan nurse called Viv who was a great support to both Dad and Mum.

Please give whatever you can, it all helps Macmillan nurses continue with their amazing work.
