We are at it again - this time we are walking 26 miles along the hilly paths of Wales.

Cancer shattered my world in 2017 and 2021💔, it leaves behind a mass of sadness and emptiness that is forever engraved. Macmillan nurses along with all palliative nurses step up and go above and beyond throughout this dreadful journey that cancer takes you on. They ensure that your loved one can leave this world as dignified and pain free as possible whilst ensuring not only your loved one,  but family members also get all the emotional and financial support they need. 

They need our help to ensure they can raise the funds needed to give ongoing support to these families going through what will be their darkest moments. Please help me and my team to raise the funds we need to help this amazing cause ❤️
