Story
It's time to tackle Mt Everest and all 8,848m (29,032ft) of its glorious ascent!
On 6th June 2021, I'll be doing 86 successive repetitions of Watlington Hill on my bike until I've ascended the cumulative altitude of Mt Everest (8,848m). Starting at 1am and cycling through the night, I'm expecting to reach this target in 16-18hrs of cycling.
Why am I doing this? Well, cancer sucks and I, like so many of us, have lost family and friends to this cruel disease. That's why I wanted to do my part in raising money for Maggie's who do so much to support and care for patients and their families impacted by cancer. I'd really like to do my part to help support this charity and you can find out more about the great work they are doing on their website (below).
I've set an ambitious fundraising target, but I know it's going to a great cause. In advance I'd like to thank you so much for your donation and inspiring me to conquer this beast of a challenge.

All the very best,
