Story

Hi Folks,

My mum has asked me to create her a JustGiving page as she's not to tech savvy. She has recently been told that she has been accepted to abseil the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth in aid of 'Parkinson UK.'

She is looking to raise as much money as possible before the 5th April 2014, this is short notice but she has only just been accepted! This would mean a lot to both my mum and family as Parkinsons has affected our family directly.

You may know my mum is also an adrenaline junkie, taking part in a 15,000ft charity skydive last year. So of course she would love the opportunity to brave the heights of the Spinnaker!

Please donate what you can to this great cause and thank you in advance. :)

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
