Me and my wonderful team are going to be completing the welsh 3 peaks in 24 hours on the 22nd April 2023! 

This is to raise money for the charity Mind which is very close to our hearts. They raise awareness, campaign and offer lots of services to improve individuals metal health as well as encourage people to talk about it to reduce the stigma.
